The STOTT PILATES Flex-Band Roll by Merrithew allows you to sculpt and tone your body using the Flex-Band Exerciser. This accessory can help you change your body by boosting muscular endurance, targeting specific muscle groups and increasing your fat-burning capacity.

The 24-meter Flex-Band Roll is equivalent to 12 standard resistance bands, giving you the option to cut your own to your desired length. This economical and effective accessory provides a versatile and portable workout, allowing you to maintain control of the Flex-Band at all times while exercising.

It is important to note that you should not use the Flex-Band if it appears worn or damaged. Store the Flex-Band in a dry location away from direct sunlight, and never use corrosive cleaning products on it. The Latex Flex-Bands are made of durable, natural rubber latex and are coated with powder. Removing this powder may cause the Flex-Band to stick to itself.
